Usage
Mix the contents of 1 sachet in a glass of water or juice and drink 30 minutes before meals. After mixing, drink immediately without waiting for the solution to turn into a gel-like mass. Adolescents from 12 years and adults take up to 2 sachets daily, and children (6-12 years) 1 sachet daily.
