Use
The contents of the sachet can be taken directly into the mouth or, if you have difficulty swallowing the powder, dissolved in 100-200 ml of water/juice and drunk. Adults take 1 sachet daily after food. Free from preservatives, colours and sweeteners. The taste is neutral. May be used continuously for up to 3 months. Use with caution if hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients. Not recommended for pregnant women and nursing mothers.
