FILLERINA 12 HA DERMO-COSMETICS FOR SPECIFIC ZONES Fillerina 12 HA dermo-cosmetic filler preparations have been developed on the basis of research that led to the creation of special formulas suitable for specific areas of the face.

Fillerina 12HA Densifying-Filler features a patented mix of 12 different Hyaluronic Acid molecules with varying molecular weights and sizes that are especially effective at penetrating the layers of the skin (ex vivo tests with Franz Cells), thus allowing tissues to be filled in and plumped up. The effects of hyaluronic acid are complemented by 3 collagens and 2 elastins, which strengthen skin tissues and create firmness. The molecules are calibrated to adapt to the skin of each specific area of ​​the face and optimize the penetration of the ingredients, as well as providing a filling, firming and anti-wrinkle effect. The preparation intended for each zone has a different composition of active substances adapted to a specific zone. An anti-wrinkle, firming, filling effect is achieved.

As the skin ages, the amount of hyaluronic acid gradually decreases, causing imperfections such as age lines, frown lines and volume loss, especially in the cheekbones and lips.

Fillerina 12HA dermo-cosmetic contains 12 patented hyaluronic acid molecules of different molecular weights and sizes, which penetrate the skin layers particularly effectively (ex vivo tests with a cell diffusion device), thus allowing tissue to be filled and replenished. Contains 12 different types of hyaluronic acids with 12 different molecular weights ranging from 400 to 2 000 000 Da to modulate the filling of different skin layers (ex vivo test).

Fillerina 12HA dermo-cosmetic contains 3 collagen molecules with different molecular weights (2 000, 12 000 and 300 000 Da) which, by penetrating the dermis (ex vivo test with a cell diffusion device) and thanks to hyaluronic acid molecules, can contribute to increasing the density of the extracellular matrix and enhance the volumising effect.

With chronological ageing, the quantity and quality of elastin, the protein that makes up elastic fibres, is drastically reduced, compromising skin firmness and contributing to skin sagging. The formula contains 2 elastin molecules with different molecular weights (1 400 Da and 2 200 Da), which aim to compensate for this loss and restore the skin’s elasticity and pliability.

In order to allow Fillerin’s hyaluronic acid and functional molecules to penetrate the different skin layers, Labo researchers developed a patented Transdermal technology based on a very small molecular weight of the active ingredients, which is the key condition to guarantee their penetration into the skin layers.
